
I don’t usually give out advice or recipes, but you must let the person looking at the photograph go some of the way to finishing it. You should offer them a seed that will grow and open up their minds.

I like the idea of a photo planting a seed in the mind—the imagination comes into play then instead of it all being cut and dry and that’s that and let’s move onto something else. When art works on certain levels it doesn’t just do it all for the reader/viewer/listener–it is jus the ‘start’ of an adventure, an act of discovery and exploration. hence…I ‘agree’
